Cooking Wood Pellets - Smoking Wood Chips

Our smoking wood pellets and wood chips are a great way to smoke food in unique culinary ways. Step up your cooking game! They contain no additives, chemicals or fillers. Instructions: Add one to three handfuls of wood chips in a smoker tray or a aluminum foil pouch. Poke holes in in the foil so smoke can escape to flavor food. Place on the grill directly over the burner or hot coals until it begins to smoke. Once the chips or pellets are smoking, move them to the side to make room for the food. Watch for flare-ups. Most electric smokers come with a smoker tray built right in.
